Description

Sn42bi58 lead-free low-temperature solder paste has a melting point of 138 °C and has brittle solder joints. The paste is lead-free, halogen-free and acid-free. The paste is gray in color, has a moderate viscosity and cures quickly after soldering to form a protective film.
